In conjunction with ICoLLT 2021, CInTeLL (Creative and Innovative Teaching and Learning of Language) 2021 is a platform to showcase the latest teaching innovations and practices through a virtual exhibition competition. CInTeLL welcome all language educators and practitioners including pre-service and in-service teachers from schools and higher learning institutions to participate in this event.
Through CInTeLL, we aim to showcase new mechanisms and approaches in the teaching and learning of language in the digital age for not only English language, but also to other languages such as Malay, Mandarin, Arabic, Tamil, Japanese, Spanish, German, Turkish, French, Korean and many more. It is hoped that CInTeLL will be able to cultivate the passion for lifelong learning, as well as the excitement to explore new technologies and innovations in teaching and learning through the sharing of vast knowledge and experience from language educators and practitioners alike.
Competition Details
1. This competition will be done virtually via pre-recorded video presentation. It saves time, money and more importantly, we stay safe!
2. This competition is open to all language educators and practitioners at all levels.
3. The combination of lecturers, staff and students is allowed.
4. The product or products of the exhibition must relate to the process of teaching and learning of languages.
5. Participants may submit more than one entry. Each entry is RM250.00 for all categories.
Video Presentation
1. Send us your 10 minutes pre-recorded video presentation and poster (.pdf)
2. The deadline for video presentation submission is on 14 August 2021.
3. Please refer to the Video Presentation Guidelines downloadable from the website for more information about presentation video submission.
4. Recommended file formats:
- Video presentations: MP4, MPEG4, MOV, WMV, FLV, AVI, etc.
- Presentation poster: PDF
5. Judges will evaluate the entries prior to the Exhibition Day. On the Exhibition day, there will be parallel sessions for Q&A with the judges.

CInTeLL offers group registrations for Malaysians who wish to register a group of 5 presenters at RM150 per pax. What you need to do is:
1. Email the name list to cintell@ump.edu.my. Please also include each presenter’s contact information (email & HP number)
2. Then, each presenter must register here https://submit.confbay.com/conf/icollt2021 INDIVIDUALLY and choose this category: CInTeLL Presenter (Local)(MYR250.00).
3. You will receive an invoice with payment discounts once your abstract has been approved
